I’m Dreaming of a Blue + White Christmas

I love to use traditional items that compliment my passion for Blue + White to celebrate the holidays. When I discovered a DIY technique to create indigo blue marbled ornaments by Alice & Lois, I was inspired to give it a try. The result is a fresh + stylish twist to Christmas decor.
Do It Yourself Supplies – Assorted White Glass Christmas ornaments, two bottles of O.P.I March in Blue Nail Polish and a disposable container. I repurposed a flower pot for this project.
Step One – Fill 1/2 of the plastic container with lukewarm water and add several drops of the nail polish.
Step Two – Take an ornament and dip it into the container, swirl the ornament to create a beautiful design. Allow the ornaments to dry for 20 minutes, then turn the ornaments to allow the opposite side to dry.
Gift of Giving – I love to use ornaments to decorate my gifts. This year I bought this fabulous wrapping paper from Zazzle to complete our Blue + White Christmas theme.
