It might only be February; however, it is not too early to begin your Spring Cleaning projects. One of the most popular areas, to begin with, is the garage. Recently, I had the pleasure of assisting my client in organizing their garage. My client’s goal was to create an organized, tidy, and stylish garage. In addition, they wanted to be able to park both vehicles, in the garage. To successfully accomplish their objectives, we divided the project up into multiple phases.
The first phase was to identify items that required storage space and those that could be purged. My client was able to fill two SUVs with donation items. A storage strategy was created to organize the remaining items. For example, I identified zones for most commonly used sports equipment, seasonal items, tools, decorations, and musical equipment.
Extra large storage containers replaced smaller boxes and containers offering more storage options. I consolidated contents originally stored in multiple boxes into one large container. http://shopstyle.it/l/zpnb used to identify contents.
Mission Accomplished! Once the final items were sold, my clients garage was spacious and organized. Mission accomplish, we created an organized and tidy space plus room to park both vehicles.
